SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
- Plover ships using UPS Ground unless customer specifies and pays for expedited UPS shipping.
- Lead time: We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible, but please allow 1-2 weeks to ship. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email address.
- International customers, please contact Plover directly to place your order. We can be reached at , or by phone at (503) 234-0930. (Please note that international shipping costs are not reflected in online orders.) International orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service's Global Priority Mail service, which takes approximately 6-10 business days. International customers will be charged for the shipping cost (including insurance), plus a $4 handling fee. We find that USPS Global Priority Mail is the most economical way to ship international orders, but we are also happy to ship using UPS, FedEx or DHL if the customer prefers.
Plover is happy to refund or exchange any authorized return -- except for sale items, which are final sales -- that has not been used or washed, less the shipping cost. Please contact Plover ( , 503-234-0930) within fourteen days of receipt of your order to tell us the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. Allow 1-2 weeks to process your return after we receive it.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We recommend sending returns via UPS, FedEx or registered mail with signature confirmation, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit. There are no returns on sale items.
If the return is due to damaged merchandise, Plover is happy to pay for all shipping costs. If the return is not due to damaged merchandise, the customer is responsible for paying for round-trip shipping.
Returns on orders placed through other retailers can only be authorized through those retailers.
Custom orders are non-refundable. If Plover has created a custom product for you, refunds are available on damaged merchandise only. Exchanges for unwanted custom orders may be authorized by contacting Plover directly and are not guaranteed.
If a customer cancels their order before it has been shipped, no cancellation fee will be assessed and credit will be issued within 1-2 weeks. If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, the Return Policy listed above must be followed.
